Error when trying to write blog post

I tried writing my first blog post in concrete5 and received this error:
mysql error: [1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'where cID = 145' at line 1] in EXECUTE("update Pages set cInheritPermissionsFromCID = where cID = 145")
Any ideas?
