Error with Date Navigation in custom template

I'm getting this error when I try to add/edit the Date Navigation in a template:

{"aID":"271","arHandle":"Archives","cID":"160","error":false,"bID":"183"}


Any idea what this means?

I think you might be running into a bug in 5.6.2.1

This will be fixed in the next release. See the comments for the resolution if you would prefer to patch your current version.
