When I moved my 5.4.0.5 site. I get this error in the dashboard with my statistics.

\concrete\controllers\dashboard\modules\activity.php on line 19 Warning: Invalid CRT parameters detected

\concrete\controllers\dashboard\modules\activity.php on line 14 Warning: Invalid CRT parameters detected

any fix for this?

What PHP version, OS and Webserver are you running?
Seems like PHP 5.3.x and Apache/IIS?

It seems to be an issue with Windblowz and CRT. This might help.
