i took a look at the Jobs posting and couldn't tell which one was yours.

I don't really do freelance right now but I can say that in order to get people you probably need to provide more specifics.

-First a summary of what you're looking to do (you probably did that).
-Is this an ongoing job or a contract/project job?
-Your time frame to completion.
-Approximate pay range.
-Your location/time zone. This can affect coordination. Or if this is onsite/virtual.
-Stating if you have the site content ready or when this might be done.
-Skillset/experience requirements. If you don't know just say that. :)


The more detailed you can be and the more you can prioritize what you need the more likely you'll get what you want, when you want it done.

You don't necessarily need to get super technical or detail oriented (as in the logo needs to be 20px's to the right,lol) but be clear about your business/org objectives and what you want the user experience to be like.

Posting some examples of sites that do what you want is helpful as a starting point too.
