Everything is a link

Hello,

I hope I have posted this to the correct forum. When I add new content to the site I'm working on, all the text shows up as a link to my home page. Except content added to my home page.

I have made small changes to the main.css file for the template and recently upgraded to 5.3.1.1. I am a novice at website design and hope that someone here can help me figure out what the problem is.

the html view of wysiwyg editor?
maybe your text is wrapped into an <a> tag.

Thanks for the reply synlag, but the html view is normal <p>Test</p> is what shows for a test block I created.

Even the "Add To Main" prompt is underlined as if it is a link. Except on the Home page.

I have no idea what the problem is.

perhaps something is goofy with some changes you're making to the theme? who knows.. certainly its more or less impossible for anyone to debug this in the abstract. is there a link to this page? Probably a simple glance a the source would find the culprit.

but does this page have a slideshow installed?

I remember this being an issue like 5 months ago for one guy...

can view at dev3.pixelfishcreative.com.

the banner uses the slideshow block which uses an image set. all the images have links to themselves.
