existing c5 advanced search block

Hi All,
Instead of the default search which has only one text field, I want to use the advanced search block that is being used on this website. i.e: the one
that contains "Pages must contain:Any/All of the Keywords & Date Range" options; which
appears on the top of the page after your first search.
Is this script/block availabe to be used?
Can somebody help me on how to use it?
