You mean something other than the default system scroll bar? I'm assuming you know that simply setting the CSS overflow property to "auto" will add scroll bars as necessary; but if you're looking for fancy scroll bars, then yeah, you'll have to look for an add-on or just a jQuery plug-in that does it (if you're comfortable including JS files).

I will add the default scroll bar for now then look into some j query I think. If it needs to be done, then so be it.
