Express Form - context-aware visibility of certain attributes (Frontend/Dashboard)

Hi I am wondering if Express Form Block/ Express Entity allows me to set :
1. context-aware visibility of certain attributes, e.g. attribute with options "entity active/inactive" that can be edited from the dashboard. At frontend it should be rendered as "inactive" in hidden field always.
2. Allowed extensions for File attribute. I want to add accept="image/png, image/jpeg, image/gif"
3. some custom code to create thumbnail and save the realtive path to second (hidden) attribute so I can access it from the express_entry_list and render lightbox thumb and fullsize.
