Extended Form won't render on iPhone

Hello,

Strange problem I've encountered, the extended form wont render on iPhone. It shows in Safari and FF, but no love on the iPhone.

Any thoughts?

Here is a link to the offending page:

Hi There,

This is what I am getting on Iphone (attached), how should it look?

YES!
That is what it is supposed to look like. I wonder why it would work for you and not for me. And most importantly, why is it not working for my client?

Can you see the form on the "Contact Us" tab?

The only thing I can think of right now is that if you have been doing a lot of testing on the phone the cache may have become a bit sticky, have you tried clearing the phones cache?

Forgot to say, yes I can see the contact form too.

Ordinarily, I'd say you are on the right track with the cache idea. But this problem just popped up. The last time I visited the site was literally weeks ago. My client emailed me this week to tell me about this problem she noticed after weeks away from the site as well.

What is more weird is that I just went and looked at it in Safari (on my MacBook Pro and couldn't see the form for either page (Get a Quote or Contact Us).

I am open to other suggestions.

One other thing you could have a look at is permissions, has your client set permissions? has she turned advanced permissions on?

I don't think she would have made any permissions changes as that is a bit outside her comfort zone with C5.

BTW, where can I find "advanced permissions" so I can check.

Again, I think it is strange that you can see the form and I cannot.

Now I CAN see it with Safari on my laptop. Still no love with iPhone.

Could this have something to do with Pretty URLS?

Grabbing at straws here?

Hi there, advanced permissions are in systems and settings, under the Permissions and access heading, whatever you do don't turn them on and then off again!

Guess what? Crisis averted!

Simply resetting the C5 Cache in the Dashboard fixed this problem. Now the forms render on iPhone, I don't really understand why this worked, but I am happy about it!

Thanks for all your help.
