External link for page on autonav does not work

Hi!
I am creating a mobile version of my site. The autonav is structured vertical like this:
Home
Prices
Student
etc
When u click on home on your mobile you get on top of the menu and you have to scroll down to get to the information. I want people to get direct to the information.
So I have searched alot on the forum and people say you can create an anchor on the page, insert an external link to the page on site map and then write the anchor in the end of the URL like this:http://phonedoc.se/home#anchor
But that does not work for me. What am I doing wrong?
