External link in header-nav

I have built a homepage with two blocks for navigation (http://www.naturschallwandler-lautsprecher-beschallung.de/c5).
All links in the header nav are included via the sitemap as normal pages (by defining user defined attributes "Exclude From Nav" and "Include_Second_Header_Menu"). I need two links to external pages there. But I cannot define user defined attributes for links.
How do I include an external link in the header navigation?
