External links w/ page list

When I add an external link to the sitemap (http://google.com for example) when it's shown using an Auto-nav the HTML for the link actually shows http://google.com. However when I show it with a pagelist its shown as http://mydomain.com/?cID=123. Due to a particular mobile security software I'm using, I need this to show the actual URL rather than the ?cID redirect - any idea how to accomplish that?
