I need some help with this block - but since I bought it and posted my issue in the support section - there is 0 replies done - there are I think 8 people waiting for help but no support.

I would contact the concrete5 folks directly about this -- if you paid for an addon the developer should definitely be responsive to support requests (and if not you should get a refund)
