How can a make an FAQ section where when you click on the question it expands the answer?

Unless you are constantly updating it, just set it up in an HTML block using jQuery accordion.

Well, the add-on you are linking to does exactly that - expanding the answer if you click on the question. You need to apply the custom template 'Example FAQ Page List' to your FAQ page list to get the behaviour.
