Hi there,

I can login to the site's dashboard and it all works fine, but when I log out, every page shows this error.

I've cleared my cache and refreshed the database xml schema in system & settings - both these actions had no effect.

My hosting provider rebooted my site's server earlier today I've had this error which may be related to the reboot (I read somewhere that someone's hosting provider had rebooted the server and needed to clear the server's cache or something?). Is this error something to do with the site not being able to connect to it's database, if so, do I re-connect my site to the database? and why does my site work when I login but not when I'm logged out?
I've been working on a page in the site and tried to set permissions for it but found this error and have subsequently deleted the page in case it's an error with the page.

Can anyone help - I have no idea what this error message means
