Fatal error: Class 'Log' not found

I have had this little nonprofit site for well over two years. All of a sudden when someone fills out a form, it is supposed to re-direct to a payment page and instead I get this:

Fatal error: Class 'Log' not found

What has changed. Does anyone know how to fix it?

For what it's worth there is actually error that is causing that error. In order to hopefully see the real error you can go to

Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment > Logging Settings

and disable logging exceptions. Not sure if the next error will be much help but might get you further down the path.
