Fatal Error with Form

Hey guys,
Not sure what I've done, but I'm getting the following error when trying to add or edit a form with the form block.
I've tried to replace the form block in the core but it didn't help.
Any help is appreciated!

Fatal error: Class 'UserInfo' not found in /home/physique/public_html/concrete/blocks/form/add.php on line 4
