Fatal Error

I am getting a fatal error on one of my hosted Concrete 5 sites. The site was working fine but now cannot display the Site Map. I get an error saying
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Loader in d:\"site_location"\libraries\loader.php on line 23.
All other parts of the site seem to be working OK.
Can someone suggest a fix please.

what version of C5?
Version 5.3.3.1
Inexplicably the problem seems to have fixed itself. I can now access the Sitemap without the Fatal Error. I would however love to know what caused the error if anyone knows. What should I be looking at/for?
could be any number of things, server error, cache error, an actual c5 bug *GASP* or any number of things
