Hello,
In the file manager, if you click on a file, one of the options is "Access & Permissions". If I view "Access & Permissions" on any file in the file manager, I receive this message:
"Permissions for this file are currently dependent on set and global settings. If you override those permissions here, they will not match those of the file's sets."

Where can I check the "set and global settings" that this message is referring to? Please not that my files are not part of a set.
