File manager properties timing out

I'm using windows and IIS and the properties in the file manager, the spinner just keeps spinning without showing the properties.

I have seen other posts and they say this is not a bug, but this was fine before I upgraded to the latest version 5.6.2.1

This is my error in Chrome.

I found it. It was due to the zend library in my Apdates folder. Please refer to this thread
