File Manager Stopped Working

website is lebanonfarmersmarket.com File Manager does not work at all. I see only one image in library and theres a message
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function iconv_get_encoding() in /home/lebanonf/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.3.4/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Locale/Format.php on line 310"
I had the same message when I was at 5.6.3.3 and tried updating but it didn't help.
My other site encoreboutiquebridal.com is still at 5.5.2.1 and that file manager still works.
I'm not very god at C5 sites and need help.

This is a missing PHP extension. If you have access to your php.ini you should uncomment extension=iconv.so. That would enable the function
iconv was not installed on my server. I am having it installed and will test it tonight. Thaks and I'll post my results tomorrow.
