File Sets and Alternate Storage Directory

Is there a way to specify Alternate Storage Directory directly on a File Set so the files added within the file set are automatically moved into Alternate Storage Directory? I have enabled Advanced Permissions but I couldn't find a setting that does that. Is this possible through the Dashboard or is this something I will have to do programatically?
