File Upload - Invalid File Error

Hello
I recently upgraded my concrete5 to the latest version and I now have a problem uploading files.
I get the error Invalid File.
I never used to get this until upgrading. The site is on a windows server. The upload limit is 20MB, It isn't a big site. Am I missing some permissions or something?
