File upload simply stopped working.

Hello! I have been doing file uploads flawlessly, when all of a sudden, images uploaded through the C5 file manager stopped showing up. All the images uploaded before, work fine. My investigation through direct FTP access showed, that for some reason, the files are no longer uploaded with the right permissions. The file info appears in the file manager, only the file itself is not displayed, nor it's thumbnail, nothing, related to the file - but, if I try to dowload it from the file manager, that works. Strange. I did NOT change anything in connection with users or permissions. I get no error messages at any point of the file upload. What do you think?
File a ticket with your host to see if they made any changes to your configuration. Especially if you are using shared hosting, they might the user your process runs as, or its umask.
Unfortunatelly this is not the case. We are hosting our site in-house on our own webserver and did not changed anything. I ended up doing a clean install and building up the site from scratch. :/
I am having that same problem. Aside from re-creating it, do you have any insight as to why that's happening or a way to fix it?
I am sorry to inform you, that I could not find a solution, apart from recreating the whole site. This happened to me twice, in two seperate projects and could not find anything in common so as to narrow down the set of possible causes. I could not even reproduce the problem ever since. It just happens sometimes.
