I'm having a problem with the file manager where when you upload a file it works fine, if I upload another, I get a "Unable to copy file to storage directory. Please check permissions on your upload directory and ensure they can be written to by your web server." error, if I upload another file, it uploads fine.

It only uploads every other upload request, my /files directory is recursive set to 777, any idea what could be wrong?
