File Manager problem

Before upgrading to 5.3, the file manager worked fine. However, now when trying to click to any page other than the opening page, the file manager breaks out of it's modal window, filling the browser. Any idea what could be causing this?

from 1.2.6 to 1.3.2.

Also you need to rescan your files using select 500 (or whatever is applicable, then click the box to check all, then the dropdown above has a "rescan" under the multi-select.

css migh have as well.

To refresh cache with firefox i believe it is ctrl+f5 or shift+f5.

This is the message I get when I try to load the file manager from the dashboard
