file/image attribute as user attribute

I addes the file/image attribute type as userattribute.
It is shown on the profile page with the name an a 'choose file' link, but it does not do anything...
Any tips on how to use this?

No response on this yet? I'm having the same problem.
What do you mean when you say it doesn't do anything? Do you literally mean, you click on the link and nothing happens?
If so, then which browser are you using? Could be a js issue...

Sorry, didn't get an answer on this one. I solved it by adding the image as avatar. For me it was suitable...
As mentioned, might be a script/browser issue but i didn't investigate that.
