Fixing the vcard block

Is there a way to fix the vcard block so it can accept data that is not USA-centric? I don't want 'state' and 'zip code', i need 'province', 'postal code', and 'country'.

There are other countries out there besides the USA!

It is the one included with the Rigid Light theme... I don't know if it is the same one.

Can't I just edit the various files in the block with a text editor, As long as the fields follow the vcard format?
