Any one know how i can add a font resizer functionality to conrete5?, like it would have button to resize sitewide font size.

I can't think of any add-on that will resize the text across the whole website but there is the 'Print-Page' add-on which will allow you to resize the text on any given page. Find it here- http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/print-page/... (Maybe you can use it as a starting point)

Here's a FREE addon that seems to do what you're talking about. You could add it to a sitewide (global) area.
