Why my footer is showing inside the page ?
Any clew ?

You may have one or more unclosed div tags... I would suggest searching your markup for "<div", find out how many opening divs you have, then search for "</div>" and see if the numbers match. Assuming you get a higher number of opening tags, carefully track through your page markup and close as many as you find open.

A link would be better ... ps. have you also checked for unclosed div tags in footer.php?

Looks like you forgot to close a div tag.

Maybe you can take a screen shot of the source code? (live a view source from chrome).
