Force a user out of edit mode.
Sometimes my client closes their browser while still in edit mode.
Then they call me and ask me to edit the page for them...
But I can't, because it says "So and so is currently editing this page".
How does one kick everyone out of edit mode?

Quick but not necessarily convenient way:
1. Log in as administrator.
2. Go to "Members" in the Dashboard.
3. Click the member name.
4. At the top, click "Sign in as user."
5. Go to the page that needs editing and turn off edit mode.
6. Log out as that user and log back in as admin.
7. Edit the page as required.
I also wish that the administrator could just boot members right there on the page, but at least this works.

One client was able to unlock edit mode by deleting a random page version.
