Forgot Password don't send an email

I want each registered member in my App (about 300 members) be able to change password if forgotten, but the password recovery functionnality is not working.
In "logs" table, the system says email is sended, but nothing is received, nothing in spam folder. We notice that other external forms of our App sends email correctly.
Concrete version : 5.6.1.2
Email : we use phpmail functionality of Concrete5 (in SMTP panel)
Server : Linux
Any ideas?
