So I have been running a site for a couple of months now using Concrete's built in form system. It was brought up to me today that form was longer working. After investigating I realized that the form goes to a blank screen unless I uncheck the "Notify by email" option. I checked the logs and it shows that the form used to send out emails with the last one on 9/2/09. All of a sudden the email function doesn't work. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem.

I am working with Concrete 5.3.3.1
