form file upload not attaching file to recipient email

i am getting the form submission to the email i specified, but there is no attachment coming through from the file upload that i included in my form. can anyone tell me what might be happening here?

I think that's intentional, if you click on the link at the end of the message you'll be forwarded to the dashboard reports page where you can download that file.

Might be nice to have an option to attach the files as well though..
