Form Mail Settings

I have a user that is reporting a delay in receiving responses from forms, we recently changed our mail server and didn't know if that was the cause, however, I have found where the
[code]define('FORM_BLOCK_SENDER_EMAIL', 'webnotify@mydomain.com');[/code}] I am guessing this is forwarding to our old mail server instead of the new one. Does anyone know where that would be to change or what else could be causing it. Thank you

Hi there,

If you changed your mail server, did you revise your MX records? I have done it myself and it caused me a lot of grief. If your email is based upon the domain name, you may want to get to your hosts cpanel and check that out.

Hope that might help.

Cheers

Did some more digging and found this in the logs

**EMAILS ARE ENABLED. THIS EMAIL WAS SENT TO mail()**
Template Used: block_form_submission
To: User@mydomain.com
From: webnotify@mydomain.com

where would I find that mail() to see if that has the old mail server information

well, couple of things.

1. Check the form and see where you are directing the form submissions.
Obviously, it should be sent to whatever email account(s) you are hosting
on the new server
2. Use your email client to access the email address that the form is being
sent to. Send an email to that account and see if it lands there. If it
does you know email is landing in the correct mailbox.
3. Are you hosting the mail server as well?
