Form not sending mail, nor password reset

Hi,
I have this pb with the form block not snding mails, and when I try to send a password request I am not receiving any mail either .... I don't know what would be the next step to troubleshoot this issue ... anyone could help please ?

If you login to the Dashboard and look at the Logs, do you see the emails in the Log list? If so this is going to be a server setup issue, not a Concrete5 issue.
Thanks for the reply. I can see the mails in the logs, but what kind of issue could it be be with the server knowing that I have another page with concrete running all fine on the exact same server. One page beinghttp://www.mysite.com and the other m.mysite.com ?
