You can send people to the home page after submitting the form by editing the form block, clicking the "Options" tab, and check the box next to "Redirect to another page after form submission?" and choosing the homepage. You can also un-check the "Notify me by email when people submit this form" box to not get emails.

But if you want to actually display this info on your home page, you'll need to write some custom code. Look at how the dashboard page displays for results and take that code and put it either in a block or into your theme template for the home page page type (although a word of warning: it's not the most straightforward process because forms are saved in a somewhat convoluted way due to the fact that they need to account for different kinds of fields because everyone can build different kinds of forms with it).
