Form submissions are blank in email notification

Several of us at our company receive form submission notifications via email using the Form block. However, when we receive these emails, the field names are visible, but whatever the customer wrote in those fields is not visible.

For example, our field names are things like "Your Name" and "Email Address." When a customer fills out these fields, the email notification shows the fields "Your Name" and "Email Address," but it does not include what the customer typed into those fields.

Can anyone think of a reason this might be happening? Thanks in advance!

Do the values show up in the email logs (turn email logging on if it isn't already)?

Yes, they do appear in the email logs on the actual site, but for some reason they weren't appearing in the email.

Since the time I posted this topic, my boss informed me that some of the custom logic he had added to the form was causing the issue. He thinks it wasn't compatible with one of the Concrete5 updates. So, it's fixed now.

But thank you for taking the time to respond!
