Form submit to different emails

Is it possible to have a standard form block that send form to different emails depending on what the customer checks? Or is it an add-on or hard coded?

How would this be done?

Not sure this can be accomplished with the standard form. However, I do believe jgarcia's Advanced Forms can handle this. See here. http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/advanced-forms/...
