For the file

/concrete/core/controllers/blocks/form_minisurvey.php

...where do I put the replacement override file? I tried /controllers, /controllers/blocks, /blocks/, no avail.

Is then even overridable? I thought it was only set files, views, controllers, models etc.

Have you tried /blocks/form/form_minisurvey.php?

I have been able to override that file by putting it in [root]/controllers/blocks .

Perhaps you still have your override cache turned on?

UPDATE: No luck after all. Sorry.
