Form posting but no message

The form block seems to storing and emailing, however isn't displaying the designated confirmation message.

Instead it just returns to the homepage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are two options, one to have a message posted, and the other to take the user to a landing page. You probably have it set to return to the homepage which probably doesn't allow a confirmation message since you are leaving that page where the form was loaded.
