I am creating a form with questions that involve radio buttons denoting 1 to 10 (for rating).
However, when I add the question I get 3 columns with the questions squeezed into the left cell, then the buttons then a gap and the numbers in the last cell.

Using Concrete5.6.3.3 (due to server restrictions).

How can I get the question to be in one cell above the buttons?

Be good to have the buttons run horizontally and the numbers underneath but not necessary (unless easy to achieve).
