Forms formatting

I just created a form for my side and, in edit mode, it's flushed left as I want. When I select "publish", everything gets centered.

Text blocks work fine.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

UPDATE: I went with a different template and it worked. Sorry, I can't delete thread.
