Forms With PayPal / Credit Card Payment - Not storing submissions

Hi,
My client has this form on their site. It used to work fine but it's just stopped storing submission information under "Forms With Paypal Results" submissions.
The package includes a file called ipn_listener.php which I believe communicates with Paypal to notify us of Paypal transactions.
Anyone know how I can fix this?
