frontpage (only) get blank after changing admin password

my concrete5 site herehttp://betaweb.bappenas.go.id/ get totally blank only on the frontpage after I change my admin (super user) password and email.
I have make sure that it has nothing to do with the code. I have roll it back to my previous database dump and the frontpage showed up. So it's clearly a database issue.
So what happen with the database? what table should I check?
