Is it possible to ftp video files so that I can use them on my site?
If so were to I load them too?
I currently loaf them via the file manager.

In the file manager, you can click the "Add Multiple" button and then click the "Add Incoming" tab... it will tell you a directory on the server where it's looking for incoming files. Send your files via FTP to that directory, then go back to that incoming tab in the file manager and you can import them that way.
