Full List of Area names used by Concrete5?

Where can I find a full list of the Editable Area names which are already used by Concrete 5 by default, such as "Main," "Header Nav," etc.?
Main and Header Nav are the only 2 I know (thanks to the screencast on building Themes).

Searching "Area Name" in the forum, I found some previous posts on this topic, but this sort of info must be in the main site somewhere, no?

No, there haven't been anymore added. If you take a look at the plain yogurt theme you can see how the areas are being utilized.
However, you can add them as needed just rename the area what ever you want and repeat the process as needed.
