Full Page caching explanation

There is something strange in the Full Page Caching explanation onhttp://www.concrete5.org/documentation/using-concrete5/dashboard/sy...
> FULL PAGE CACHING : ...If individual blocks specify that they're not to be cached, they will be ignored...
So, normally, it means that full page is caching without/excluding blocks which have their cache settings on false... but when we make some changes on a page type, there is no full page caching with this setting.
So, this sentence are wrong, it would be :
If individual blocks specify that they're not to be cached, Full Page Caching will be ignored.
Or "They" in the original sentence, refer perhaps at The Pages ?
Thank
