This is an FYI post. Whenever I run into a question or problem with Concrete and can not find any related posts via a keyword search - I add a post if I find a solution to perhaps help the next person who conducts a similar search.

In this case I was looking for a way to clean out or delete the Statistics table before going live with a new site. It would have been helpful to have a fast way to also remove old page versions and such. So, my keyword search (which yielded no usable results) were:
Clean Statistics
Delete Statistics
Bulk delete page versions

The solution I found was in add-ons. Specifically this free add-on by John The Fish:

Solved all my problems - read the documentation so you know where to look to use it.
