Gallery (Lightbox type plug-in) Fatal Error - does not work at all!
A screenshot is attached if any of this is hard to follow….
The package shows up under "Currently Installed," so I am presuming it is installed correctly.
However, when I try to use Gallery…
1. The Options tab is not available (can't click it).
2. After I add an image, the Caption input field is pre-filled with this strange bit of unfinished code: "<font" (no end bracket)
and next to that Caption input field I get this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method TextHelper::entities() in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/101866/webspace/httpdocs/packages/gallery/blocks/gallery/image_row_include.php on line 28
...
It will not allow me to even add the image. There is no button for that at all. I become stuck in an incomplete edit mode which can not be exited and have to exit the page entirely by refreshing or typing in a different URL.
As is, this is utterly useless to me, so if it can't be fixed and fixed quickly, I would like a refund. How does one go about that? I haven't done anything wrong here. I'm using 5.3.3.1 which exceeds the minimum requirement for Gallery. I need to finish the site quickly and will use Facebox or something. Really would have preferred this, of course, but I purchased it for an easy fix, not to mess around with a broken plug-in.

I have emailed Frz for a refund. If anyone knows the problem and how to fix it, I will of course be glad to have my card re-charged. I just spent a full working day on this yesterday and that's way too much. This plug-in was broken from the start and I have done nothing wrong.
